Question 10:What after-service can you offer?
Answer:According to international custom, the seller shall provide one year warranty period after the machine installed in buyers' factory or one and half years since Goods departure from China(which shown on Bill of Lading). The seller shall provide technical support free in charge to help solve any quality problem of the above equipment itself within the warranty period. And in case of improper operation caused by the users themselves, we only charge a minimum expense for that.
